Return and Exchange Policy • To benefit from return and exchange services, the original invoice must be presented. • Returns are accepted within 3 days and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met: The product is in its original condition exactly as purchased, with all accessories and original packaging. In case of purchasing a bundle or promotional package, all products included in the package must be returned, and parts cannot be returned separately, provided all products are in their original condition. The customer bears the shipping cost for both exchange and return. Products that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is proven, knowing that non-returnable products include anything that violates warranty conditions such as: Misuse Broken or damaged parts Opening the product in a non-natural condition Not following operating instructions Exposure to water if not water-resistant External maintenance Device malfunction due to using incompatible accessories • Al-Afdal Al-Mutakamil Commercial Company has the right to cancel any order in case of site malfunction, pricing error, or stock depletion, and the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand the product. • This policy is subject to change without prior notice, and Al-Afdal Al-Mutakamil Commercial Company has the right to modify it at any time. • For bank transfer: the refund process takes between 2 to 12 working days.
